If you have purchased trip protection insurance, Travel Insurance or any other insurance product, you must read, understand and agree to the description of coverage as provided by the supplier.

TERMS OF SALES

You agree to protect and indemnify edenintl, its affiliates, partners, joint ventures and/or their respective suppliers and any of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by:

you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; by third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions, notices or documents referenced on the Site; your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or your use of the Site.

RELEASE

If you have a dispute with a travel product or service supplier(s), including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators, vacation packages and activities suppliers, traveler assist service providers and insurance providers, you release us, our affiliates, partners, joint ventures and their respective officers, directors, managers, agents and employees from claims, demands and damages (direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Should you or any member of your party be forced to cancel your holiday prior to departure, we must be notified in writing by the person who made the booking and who is therefore responsible for the payment of the cancellation charges CANCELLATION AFTER TICKET ISSUE: will result in loss of 100% of total cost of all travel arrangements in most cases. Please consult your reservation adviser. Deposite and partial payment is not refundable before issuance of the tickets. 75-125GBP cancellation per person before issuance after non refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and will hold the seat only (not the fare) so if there is any fare difference at the time of final payment and the time of issuance of ticket it will be charged accordingly
CHARTER FLIGHTS carry a 100% cancellation fee both before and after ticket issue.

This has to state “ we do not store or share financial information with third parties” Contact us – this has to contain your full legal entity name and provide contact details. we are the sub atol partner of Brightsun travels. All E-Ticket Holder Will Get The Atol Certificate With The E-Tickets

VISA & TRAVELING DOCUMENT:

Please check your visa status.ALL PARENTS travelling with CHILDREN to SOUTH AFRICA MUST carry the proper documentation - i.e. birth certificate, letter of consent etc. we are just providing valid e ticket visa and traveling documents customer can manage by own. edenintl is not responsible for any visa traveling documents or passport expiry etc.
